Of course the owner of a company is going to tell you to use their service or buy their product. If others hear it from previous customers, they know they have experience with the company and it is an honest opinion from an unbiased person. Testimonials are usually a good page to have on a website, but are also good to put on brochures, posters and other advertising material.
